Suez Canal Authority has decided that circular
no. 1/2018 & its renewing and amending periodical issued on 13 December 2023,
concerning “Crude Oil” tankers (Laden with Crude Oil or Ballast), directly operating
between ports of the (US Gulf, Caribbean area & Latin America) and Asian
ports, shall remain in force till 30 June 2025 (the last permissible sailing
date from origin port is 30 June 2025).
