First:
Suez Canal Authority decided the suspension of circ. (5/1996) concerning vessels transporting wheat only from ports north of the Suez Canal to be discharged at “Aqaba, Jordan” to be granted a rebate of 10% from Suez Canal transit dues for both voyages (laden / ballast).
