= Kindly find the attached as rcvd from Alexandria Port Authority on 26th May 2022 in regard of the
control of Alexandria outer anchorage area.
= All the shipping agencies to be informed to submit an undertake from vsl’s masters that vessel
WILL NOT drop anchor at Alexandria outer anchorage after completing her cargo ops
except for emergencies or with a prior notice before departure submitted by the agent.
= In case of failure of notifying the Port Authority in advance; Ministerial decree No. (2699)
will be applied on the agencies in which includes the collection of payment for any occupying
dues in the outer anchorage area.
= Also, attached the ministerial decree 2699-2019 dated 08.12.2019 for your guidance.
