Regarding the amending of item (3), para. (F) of Art. (92), page 179 of the Suez Canal Rules of Navigation – December 2020 edition
Suez Canal Authority decided the following:-
Article One:
Amending item (3), para. (F), art. (92), page (179) of the Suez Canal Rules of Navigation – December 2020 edition, to read as follows:
“In case of submitting the missing documents (pre-mentioned in point (1)) no later than the 3rd transit, transit dues of the previous transit(s) will be settled on the basis of the SC.N.T, given that the previous transit(s) was within six months starting from the next day of the vessel’s first Suez Canal transit.”
Article Two:
This periodical is applicable to “vessels that submit the required documents to settle the transit dues on the basis of Suez Canal Net Tonnage” starting from its issuance date.
