Regarding partial amendment to Navigational Circular No. (6) of 2025 concerning the levying of mooring and berthing charges for vessels conducting logistical operations in the anchorage areas (V AREA) at the Southern Sector and bound for El-Adabiya Port.
In the Framework of encouraging maritime traffic at Egyptian ports, and as a facilitation and contribution from the Suez Canal Authority to ship owners, it has been resolved to implement a partial amendment to Navigational Circular No. (6) of 2025 concerning the levying of mooring and berthing charges for vessels conducting logistical operations in the anchorage areas (V AREA) at the Southern Sector and bound for El-Adabiya Port.

Article one:
Mooring
and Berthing charges shall be five US cents per ton of International Gross
Tonnage per day.

Article Two:
All
other conditions and procedures set forth in Navigational Circular No. (6) of
2025 shall remain in full force and effect without modification, except as
amended by this Periodical.
Article three:
This
Periodical shall take effect as of February 1, 2026, for a period of six months,
subject to reassessment of the applicable tariff upon expiration of the
aforementioned period in accordance with prevailing circumstances.
