Regarding the collection of berthing and stay dues applicable to vessels performing logistical operations at the (“V” area) anchorage areas at the Southern Sector, consistent with the applicable charges at Port Said, Lake Timsah , and Great Bitter Lakes waiting areas.

1. Berthing dues shall be levied at the Southern
Entrance in the waiting areas (“V AREA”) of the Suez Canal Authority
for periods exceeding 48 hrs. for vessels performing logistical operations.
2. The berthing dues applicable to the (Northern
Entrance, Southern Entrance, and waiting areas at Port Said Port, Lake Timsah,
and the Bitter Lakes) shall be amended and a new unified berthing tariff shall be
applied as per the following schedule:
